4 cups Flour

2-3 cups Water

2 t spoons Salt

½ t spoon Yeast

25 mins at 475 F 5 mins at 475 F with lid off

Recipe: Gluten Free Artisan Bread Use 2 quart Dutch Oven

2 cups Flour (Pamela's Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Artisan Blend)

1-1½ cups Water

1 t spoon Salt

¼ t spoon Yeast

25 mins at 475 F 5 mins at 475 F with lid off
